This cushion cover fit a 15" x 15" cushion form. We don't include the form due to the increased shipping costs. This size cushion is widely available in various stores world wide.
The front is 100% quilters cotton Pink, Grey and Cream. Lined with quilters cotton and backed with Broadcloth. The reverse is made with a coordinating upholstery fabric envelope style.
