Faodail Creation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate applicable trade, import, or consumer laws. All transactions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

Small Supplier Status & GST/HST

Faodail Creation is registered in Alberta, Canada, and operates as a small supplier under Canadian law. As a small supplier with annual taxable supplies under $30,000, we are not required to charge GST/HST on products or services sold through this website. All prices displayed on this site are final and do not include GST/HST. By purchasing from Faodail Creation, you acknowledge and accept our small supplier tax status.

Digital Product Sales – Geographic Restrictions & Taxes

Eligibility

Digital products, including PDF patterns, tutorials, and other downloadable content, are available only to residents of Canada and the United States.
Customers outside of Canada and the United States are not permitted to purchase or download digital products from this website.

Taxes

Faodail Creation is based in Alberta, Canada and operates as a small supplier under Canadian law. We are not required to charge GST/HST on Canadian sales under the small supplier threshold.
For U.S. customers, no sales tax is collected by Faodail Creation.
Customers outside Canada and the U.S. are not permitted to purchase digital products, and no international VAT, GST, or other taxes will be collected by Faodail Creation. Any attempt to bypass this restriction will result in cancellation of the order.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped outside of Canada.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that Faodail Creation cannot guarantee compliance with any foreign digital tax obligations.

Limitation of Liability

By accessing or purchasing digital products, you agree that it is your responsibility to comply with any applicable local tax, duty, or import regulations in your jurisdiction.
Faodail Creation assumes no liability for any taxes, fines, or penalties imposed by foreign authorities on purchases made in violation of these geographic restrictions.

Enforcement

Orders detected from restricted countries will be canceled immediately.

COUPON CODES

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to qualify and can only be applied after all items have been added to your cart. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupon codes are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied to orders outside of this period. Coupon codes may not be used in conjunction with site-wide promotions or on items marked as “New,” “Sale,” “Imperfect,” or “As-Is.” Unless explicitly included as part of a promotion, free shipping is not automatically applied and requires a valid coupon code.

PROMOTIONS

All promotions are subject to restrictions. Promotions are valid only during the specified date range and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Where applicable, promotional codes must be entered at checkout. No additional coupon codes or promotions may be combined with a promotional offer. Faodail Creation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT

Faodail Creation accepts all payment methods supported by Shopify. Payment is collected at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.

DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Faodail Creation is not responsible for damages caused by shipping.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders placed in error cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless explicitly agreed to by Faodail Creation.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

CANCELLATIONS: Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. You may request to cancel or change your order only before it has been processed or shipped. Once processing or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled or altered.

ORDER CHANGES: Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Faodail Creation is not responsible for errors made after the order is placed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Digital products (including tutorials, patterns, and other downloadable content) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By purchasing digital products, you agree that all sales are final.

Physical products are also generally non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly, changed your mind, or any other reason unrelated to a defect or shipping error.

Damaged Items / Shipping Claims
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim, but all claims are ultimately handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for damages or losses once the package is in transit.

PDF SEWING PATTERNS

All Faodail Creation sewing patterns, tutorials, and related materials are for personal, non-commercial use. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and clarity, Faodail Creation cannot guarantee perfect results. You are responsible for selecting appropriate fabrics, notions, and techniques.
