This cushion cover fit a 16" x 16" cushion form snugly. We don't include the form due to the increased shipping costs. This size cushion is widely available in various stores world wide.
The front is 100% quilters cotton Teal, Green, Purple. Lined with quilters cotton and backed with Broadcloth. The reverse is made with a coordinating upholstery fabric envelope style.
The front cover has been free motioned quilted using variegated thread
